Alternative Dispute Resolution
The risk and expense of full-blown litigation are often prohibitive. Some matters are too sensitive or too complex to be resolved in open court. In many of these instances, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the best means of handling matters. Edward M. Turfe participates in the ADR process not only as an advocate, but as a peer-selected Arbitrator. His diverse litigation background allows him to serve as a defense, plaintiff, or neutral member of an Arbitration Panel.
